Description : 20th Head to Heart Residential Retreat

Head to Heart is a process of active experimentation which enables participant to see the world of feelings hidden under layers of thoughts. The energy of emotions gets blocked and leads to a psychological mess that we are unaware of.
This is recognised experientially in this retreat through the powerful technique called “ here and now.”
