Introductory Program

There are three introductory programs.

1. Sharing the Book (As of now in English) :

To gain insight into how the body-mind vehicle functions and what tools of navigation can be used to drive it in the right direction, we read the book titled ‘Making You Turn’ authored by Harkirat and Iqbal together - chapter by chapter. The sessions in this program extend over a span of 12 weeks. The participants are expected to meet once every week at the School campus or online for two hours. This program holds the promise of transforming the way you experience life. It will bring a deep understanding about the seeds of pain we sow and the crop of sorrow we harvest. This understanding along with few practices help bring fulfillment we all seek.

The book is now available on Amazon. Click here to get the book.

2. Sunday Session :

This program is held each Sunday from 10 am to 12 pm. It offers an opportunity to do certain basic activities that helps us in mastering the art of mindfulness. The objective is to see firsthand how distracted we are, and how simple practices can bring to focus the otherwise scattered awareness. This will give you a taste of deep sense of well-being which does not depend on how good or bad life situations are. It is open to all willing participants. You can register here or whatsApp on +91 93038 65345 ‘I wish to attend the Sunday session on Date/month/year.’ The life School team shall facilitate your participation. To avoid inconvenience, we request you to join the Sunday session after giving us prior information.

3. Day Long Experiential Workshop :

This program offers an opportunity to see the psychological mess most of us are in. It will help you to experience the power of shifting attention from thinking to feeling. The recognition of the emotional state is a precondition for unblocking our capacity to see the innate beauty of life. The movement from cognitive plane to the heart center holds potential of bringing a fundamental shift in our perspective. That is why this program is called an experiential retreat - where you are both the subject experiencing and also the object being experienced. This program is conducted over a day and sometimes more than a day.
