Description : 21st Head to Heart Residential Retreat Facilitated by: Dr Prabakar Kamath &Iqbal S By moving from the Head to Heart 1. the constant mind chatter 2. how we impact each other 3. the limiting patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving becomes visible. As the world of feelings hidden under layers of thoughts is exposed we experiment with the ways that help release them. The power of “Here and Now” is leveraged both to recognise feelings and deal with them experientially. This active experimentation offers the key to unblock all those emotional energies that cause much of our psychological mess and suffering.
